Small Melangers
Starting your bean to bar or Nut Butter journey? Or just looking to develop your recipes? Our small Melangers are designed to have a small footprint and be relatively cheap to run. These machines achieve the same great results as the larger Melanger machines. In this section, the Spectra 11 Melanger and the Spectra 11X Melanger both have a capacity of 5kg.
The SPECTRA 11 and 11X table top stone grinder machines have ventilated and non-rotating lids. Allowing you to view and open the lid whilst the machine is running. The 11X sports a fantastic Speed control feature.

Our Table-top Melangers have a leak proof drum and easily lift out stones. The units include a double scrapper arm arrangement ensuring fast performance. The tension of the granite stones can be adjusted to obtain different grades of shear at different stages of grinding and for different ingredients. The machines features double granite roller stones that rotate over a granite base. This creates tremendous shear that reduces the cocoa nibs to fine chocolate liquor with a particle size of the order of less than 15 microns.
We have made several key enhancements to the stone grinder to make it perfect for Chocolate, nut butters and other food processing.
Our stone melangers can be used to make nut butter from peanuts, almonds and many other nuts along with offering many other grinding applications.
Built with the finest stainless steel and pure black granite stone (real stone) components. Make these machines durable and great value for money.
